I am currently Head of Design at Volue, where I lead the design team while we develop technology for a sustainable tomorrow through digital platforms and innovative solutions to deliver services critical to society for a cleaner, better, and more profitable future.
Some of my experences
As Head of Design at Volue, one of my main priorities is establishing a healthy, curious, and creative team culture. A culture where we can grow as a team and as individuals.
In addition to leading and growing the design team, I am also part of setting the direction for design, product development, and realizing alignment across Volue's rapidly growing portfolio.
During my first years in Volue, my main focus was the Water & Community portfolio. Where we deliver digitalization solutions that provide vital information to manage the water and wastewater networks. 85% of the Norwegian water industry uses and relies on these solutions.
Creating UX and UI design for different projects and later became the Lead UX Designer for the Cisco Webex Desk Pro. Creating the holistic user experience of the product, in addition to conduct user testing, product validation, prototyping new features and functionality.
As an intern at Montaag, my tasks were to help out with creating everything from concepts and ideas to cad drawings, renders, and presentations.
Using the perspective of design mythology, the project aims to highlight problems with the existing suicide prevention and mental mealth services. The outcome is a human-centered application that aims to offer users a unique and personal experience, helping the users of the application achieving daily goals and getting a step closer to a state of well-being.
Mapping out the different phases of a productβs lifetime. With the end goal of creating a prolonged product and service attachment. Focusing on the different phases: pre-point of purchase, point of purchase, product, use, and late/ post use.
Connected Settlement System is a project based on applying biomimicry as a tool, to look at how nature has solved problems and use this as a foundation for the banks the settlement system. Potentially make the settlement system more efficient, modernized and prepared to the future of banking.
Norwegian Bike Database is a project that aims to be a tool, to help bike users have an easier and more hassle-free experience in the case of a bike theft.
